Android application based on Google Maps API

Google Maps based user location based application What does my application do ? Once the user downloads my app and approves all the permissions required by the app , the app starts working on the background continuously tracking the users location. As the user comes inside a particular radius of eg.a coffee shop , a in app message is pushed to the user alerting him about all the offers currently available at the coffee shop . Just like the coffee shop , I will be adding all the offers available at various stores and every time the user passes through the predefined parameter of the store , the message has to be sent in app , so every time the user opens the app , he is presented with all the ads one by one as an image , he can chose to right swipe it to save it for later or left swipe to delete it , every right swipe should be counted as an impression and presented to me at the backend . The backend, should comprise of a solution where I can add an image containing offers to all locations on a map that I desire to add and the parameter/radius eg.2km around the coffee shop. This is the basic idea and additions will be told later on skype . What’s the Technology? The technology is based around the Google maps API , I have checked the prices and my app falls under the free usage slab as my users in the start won’t exceed 5000 users with about 10,000 maps loads / requests. Coming to the parameter setting, that can be done with geofencing on the api . The backend can be a simple software solution The UI ? The UI has to be plain, clean and simple with not many options, as the app opens up the user is presented with ads that are pictures that fill the screen , one ad at a time , with two options , right swipe or left . A button on top should store all the ad images that were right swiped. Platforms? Android at first. Bugs ?
