I am looking to develop a quiz gaming premium app where buyers or users with 10 opponents answer the question at the same time and will be like elimination round. The ones which are eliminated their earnings go to the winner and at the end winner if any takes amount to withdraw in his banking account he has to pay charges which is my commission of 10 percent. My budget is 450 usd non negotiable. Payment gateway will be integrated by the developer and published on playstore too. Only developers who are serious can do this within 15 days can apply
