Project Summary: Mobile Shopping app for grocery/convenience shop (two locations) for local delivery. Android/iOS. You are an adept mobile app developer proficient in both iOS and Android platforms to create a mobile application for our convenience store, user experience and smooth checkout is essential as is the store owner features to manage orders and the delivery. Initial development POC may be for one platform (iOS or Android) once final design is approved, development to other OS. You will also provide an ongoing service to add improvement, bug fix or improve experience, however store owner should be able to do most day to day updates to manage inventory and the whole order. You will have experience publishing into the relevant stores (Apple Store and Google). The first release is required by end of Q1 2024. Logistics: The store has two locations, that the order needs to be routed to based on the postcode of the customer. Registration: - Register or continue as guest o Verification to mobile number - Address search capability - Self-service password reset - Acceptance of terms and conditions - Order history - Age Verification Store Inventory - Categories - Items with descriptions and images - Stock availability - Some items will have options including Hot / cold and options to add additional toppings (e.g. Pizza) and breakfast (with additional costs) - Some items will have age restrictions (e.g Alcohol) Checkout - Payment options including Cash or Card - Card only when certain items are ordered - Card payment gateway (Worldpay) – credit card details should not be stored Picking - If item is not available, ability to change order or substitute items - As item is picked, scan barcode to confirm picked Store Administration - Web backend for inventory, order and customer management - Logistics (postcode zones to route orders to each store) - Reporting and analytics - Ability to disable accounts Delivery Management (same mobile app with additional features) - Delivery driver has additional options - Delivery acceptance - Upload picture confirming delivery - Age Verification evidence Promotions - Vouchers (time limited / minimum spend / selected items on offer) - Feedback (happy with order etc) - Loyalty points We are looking at recieving 12 months support.
