Need an android developer to fix a bug

There is an android board attached to a 49 inch display. The board has a photo sharing application which needs a license. I have the license file but when I try to validate it, it shows the following error. I'm assuming it is a basic android error as it says it needs a root access. Can someone please check this and help me out? Let me know.
