I am a graphic designer and I have prototyped a storyapp and I'm looking for a developer to work with to develop the app and get it ready for distribution for apple, android and windows. There are three stages to this app development project: Phase 1: IOS (iPhone and iPad) application development Phase 2: Android application development Phase 3: Windows application development Note: both hybrid and native development will be considered so if you are interested in bidding for part of this project you are welcome to as native development will be considered (if so please specify phase you are bidding for). About the app: The app is a children's story. The app is designed, narrated and animated and is fully functional as a prototype. The prototype can be provided to developer in [login to view URL] or as exported HTML5. The ebook version of the app can be found in itunes store at: [login to view URL] A video of the prototype can be provided to interested parties. The images are as they are in the ebook but the app will need simple animations on the page and a read aloud facility (animations are prototyped and SMIL files have been created for read aloud). Development specification: Require a native or hybrid developer. Will accept bids for separate phases of the project. Proposals: In your proposal please include: * Detail of the language you propose to deliver the application in * A timeframe for each phase of development schedule * Any relevant experience including portfolio examples * Inclusive costings for project for phase(s) Budget is tight for this project but there is the potential for further projects as client has 5 similar stories to develop.
