I need somebody, who can prepare me an android app with just a fullscreen(!) webView which opens a specific URL. The app must run on from Android Version 3x. To do for you 1. Prepare the app without (any external libaries). Minimalstic Code please! 2. Installing the app via temaViewer on my machiene 3. HELP with uploading the App to Google PlayStore via teamViewer on my machine (I have a own developer account!) The App: On App-launch the webView must load url by having a opacity of 0. I must be able to change the Background-Color (HEX). After 1 second you must fadiIn the webView (duration 0.75 Seconds). Thats all! We must finish the project today. I think you need "< 30 Minutes" for the app. And then we need about 30 minutes to upload the app.
