I need a video cartoon made. It's about 40 sec. to 1 min. long. I have the script. All I need is the cartoon and the voice. If you can't make the voice, make sure you mention and bid accordingly. Send me a PM explaining why are you the best pick, and also type "kalkas", so I know you read all this information. The script start with a kid watching television and the news is mentioning that zombies are on the street. That's if you want to make a sample sketch or draft. I'm not looking for an excellent drawing or outstanding cartoonist, but I'm looking for something decent. What I'm saying is I'm looking for the right balance between affordable and quality. I'll give priority to the people who send a one frame sample. Good luck.
