2d Cartoon Animation for YouTube

Hello Freelancer, I am running a Cartoon animation channel in my local language on YouTube. I have very lil Knowledge in producing such types of video. My channel is not monetized yet so my budget is very minimal. But we have very good concepts and script to kickstart. I will give you script, Audio and can help you in creating videos. We have our characters, but in Hand-Drawn format. I can give you Story-Boarding ideas also. My recent videos are very static, i need more engaging 2D cartoon animation video.
