Resident Canadian needed for Alberta company registration

Dear Service Providers, My client is a Employment Agency in Portugal, willing to open it's office in Alberta/Canada during 2015. At the moment they're trying to register the company in Alberta, and there is a legal requirement for 25% of the directors to be Resident Canadians. I'm placing this project here in order to find a Resident Canadian that is willing to be one of the directors of the aforementioned company, solely for the incorporation purposes. and eventually be part of the company if/when the company conducts business in Alberta, receiving extra compensation for any cooperation time he/she may bring to the company (although it's completely optional and his/her choice) There will be no legal liabilities for the person accepting, and that can be made clear in a declaration from the lawyer at the time of incorporation. What will be required from the candidate will simply be national ID and proof of residence and will be asked to him/her directly by the Alberta registry offices we're using for the purpose. The value of your bid should reflect your base compensation for this year, just for being part of the company registration.
