I am excellent welding power supplies design, Plasma ARC power supplies, high frequency transformers design, solar grid tie transformers, electrical vehicles design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

Hi, I’m Matt from Warton Circuits Ltd in the UK. I’ve got many years experience in the electronics design sector, producing board designs for various industrial control applications, HVAC systems, automotive and sensors for production jigs I am currently finishing off two other ESP32/8266 firmware projects for other customers, I should be finished by the latter part of the week. I have full on site rapid prototype facilities for producing same day PCBs, as well as a small PCB assembly line (Juki Pick and Place) for producing small runs of prototypes if that’s of any interest. My proposal is to design and produce a one-off prototype of your DC power supply module. I tend to use KiCad as my CAD package of choice, although I have used Eagle and Pulsonix in the past.
