Arduino uno based counter for boat anchor chain

Hello! I will make Arduino program to count revolutions of windlass. Kindly come over chat to plan the project for the same. I will share the list of components to be needed. I will give few more suggestions to make it more smooth. There will be 2 sets of inputs (2 anchors on boat) and 2 displays, both operating independently, often simultaneous. Program will count up and down and be re-settable by external button.

Hi and good morning, I know that the fee is higher and also is the delivery: is because I always build a prototype to be 100% sure the specs are meet. I currently have all the HW (display, arduinos, hall sensor etc. ) to build the prototype. I'm also available to design a PCB, which I think is a good option since on a boat you cannot afford loose contacts, wich are stressed by vessel's motion.
