PLC/Arduino/Ruby Timer -- 2

I need a timer that is activated with a limit switch. - When the limit switch is pressed, a timer/clock starts to count time. When the switch is unpressed, the timer pauses but does not lose time. When the limit switch is pressed back in, the timer resumes counting up. - Time is shown on a large display that can be seen from 20-30 feet away. - The timer automatically starts at 8:10am - The timer automatically stops at 4:30pm even if the limit switch is pressed in. - If the limit switch is pressed in anytime between 12:00pm-12:30pm then the timer should be paused during that time. But have this option to where it can be turned off, or explain what code would need to be removed to do so. - A second limit with that resets the timer back to 0 when pressed in, but is unable to reset it until after 4:45pm Supply a build of materials list, a wiring diagram, and troubleshoot issues and provide support until it functions properly.
