The role of this job is to write content that is engaging and keeps people interested to read the full article. The process: 1. I will give you a link that when clicked, opens up a content brief in a piece of software called Surferseo 2. You will follow the guidelines of the brief outlined in the software, and proceed to write the article within the piece of software (It uses a similar layout to other writing platforms like Mircosoft Word). 3. Submit the article to me for approval through Trello. 4. If any tweaks are required, you do these and resubmit the article. Ideally, you will have experience using Surferso (please let me know in your cover letter if you have or haven't). However, I will supply you with video guidance covering the whole process. This job pays £1 per 100 words of content you write, with the average article being 4k words in length. Every month I will provide you with a list of content briefs, which will tally up to roughly 40k words. In your cover letter, I need to know you can commit to this level of work and are happy with the pay. You should have great English content writing skills, and demonstrate this by sending through examples of previous articles you have written attached with your cover letter. Most of the content you will be writing will be focused on the Home & Garden niche, so if you have any around these topics that would be great. When applying for this job, I need you to take me through your experience relating to this position. The opening sentence of your cover letter should state "Peanut butter jelly". This helps me understand who actually takes the time to read the job post thoroughly. If you still see the job post live after a few days, chances are that no one has read it correctly and you will be in with a great chance of getting it (providing you are a quality candidate). There will be a writing test before I hire you. However, if this wasn't clear above, this will lead to an ongoing monthly project, should you excel at the position.

Peanut Butter Jelly either as a Sandwich from the States I guess or currently my favorite wake up song from Galantis. So I will get straight to the facts, I have worked in Trello before; I unfortunately have not used Surferseo but here is a bonus fact. I am actually computer literate and can grasp new apps and programs fairly quickly as I have been doing it since Windows 1995. A pound for a 100 words seems fair to me, that is an average of 400 pounds based of 40k words per month. Seeing as I am in a lock down in South Africa I would gladly be able to commit to this level, no seriously i can't watch another Netflix episode of anything. With regards to my experience lets just say I accidentally fell into the hospitality industry for I would say for over 13 years now... but on the side I like to write and read and occasion invent crazy ideas that is not actually possible but a lot fun as I tend to learn new things related to my whimsical ideas. Right now you might be thinking I am unstable perhaps unreliable or terrible with timekeeping and that would be a firm NO. I live my life, professional and personal by the 5 P's Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance.
