Seo content rewrite for Salsa, Hip Hop, etc.. Dance School... 1000 words + keywords

Hi and hope your all doing well. I could really use some help with seo content and keywords on my website, as soon as possible.. I own a dance school in Philadelphia Pa, FgDance Academy. The company I hired to do my SEO allowed employees with no research or general knowledge of my business, to write content and just slap it up onto my website with a ton of really bad mistakes. I had them remove it all and go back to how I had it a week a go. The owner of the company called me apologizing and sent me a video breakdown of what they need to help me progress on my google ranking. I figured this is the best way to help them do what they do well, by hiring a writer who is qualified. They are not cheap so every minute they don't have the content is more money wasted out of my already covid tight pockets lol. The keywords I nee smoothly integrated, not just thrown in everywhere like they did. My budget is not huge since this is the 2nd time I'm hiring someone to write these pages. I just ebranded and reopened so this is bad timing. I need this done fast but need it clean and organized. Please let me know if this is something anyone can help me with?!
