Create 4 poker rooms, two characters (man and woman), a set of 100 outfit elements and 20 animations. The delivered file must be for Blender 2.42 or above. The hierarchy of transformations in the rooms and characters must be exactly the same as in the provided example 3DSMax files. The style of the graphics must be globally consistent. The style of the graphics need not be the same as those provided in the example. The reference graphics are available at [login to view URL] in binary form and can be used in the corresponding game. An example source file is attached. The size of the individual textures must be 4 times smaller than the one available at [login to view URL] The number of triangles must not exceed 5,000 for a room and 2,000 for a character. The characters and their animations must be sized so that 10 of them can sit around the table without bumping into each other. The man character must have a skeleton that is different than the woman character. However, both must be similar enough to run the same animations. The outfit elements must be evenly split across man and woman. 50 elements for man, 50 elements for woman. Each character must be split in 8 parts : head, hair, torso, legs, feet, 3 accessories. Accessories can be, non exclusively, glasses, necklace. An outfit element is a mesh and a texture. It is required to provide 5 heads, 5 hairs, 5 torso, 5 legs and 5 feet and a total of 10 accessories. 3 additional textures will be provided for heads, hairs, torso, legs and feet (total of 15) that can be used as a texture replacement for some of the provided outfit elements. The outfit elements may be incompatible with other outfit elements, however each outfit element must be compatible with at least two other adjacent outfit elements. A list of incompatible adjacent outfit elements must be provided for each outfit element. The focus is on light, consistent, fun to watch and nice looking data.
## Deliverables
G1) Complete set of graphics in source form, ready to edit with blender and/or gimp, in the native blender and/or gimp format.
G2) A detailed and precise description of all the graphic provided.
G3) A step-by-step HOWTO that can be used to verify that the provided graphics match 100% of the requirements of the bid request. This HOWTO must explain which software to install, how to install it, the platform on which to run it and the sequence of mouse moves (menu clicks for instance) and / or keyboard events (type 100 in rotation box for insance). Still screen shots or movies for animations must be provided with the HOWTO. The screen shots must display the expected result of the sequence of operations.
G4) Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Third party graphics may be included as long as they are published under a license compatible with the GNU GPL.
G5) Graphics must be commited to the CVS/SVN repository defined in the bid request description.
