Fanasty football website C# ASP .Net

I require a fantasy football website. It should be written in ASP.net and C#. I am a software engineer and have developed some functions in C# that I want to use with this site which is why I would prefer c#. The goal of this site is to replace an existing Windows C# application that I designed that administers several different fantasy football leagues at the same time. I now require this be online so that I can access the league from any internet based computer and make life easier for the users of this league. I also want to add the option to allow other people to setup and run their own fantasy football league where they can specify the league rules, prize money, transfers etc. This is described in the attached document. Please do not hesitate to send me questions if anything is unclear. The specification is attached to a word document. Please take a look at this as this will give you a general idea and feeling for what is involved. I have tried to specify as much detail as possible and this may change during the project based on what we decide together i.e. we may think something is better and quicker to implement another way so my specification is open to suggestions. On successful completion of this project I will have further work down the line for updates to this site, provide extra functionality etc. Please reply to this bid with any questions and a time to complete.
