Dynamically display info from file

We make each week some drawings of prizes for our customers. There is different category prizes. Gold, Sliver, Bronze pink etc The customers and the prize they won is listed in a DBF file. I’m uploading a HTML file we do manually now and email it to our customers We would like to display it on a screen in store. the names and address etc it should fit on a one screen. Challenges: A. sometimes a category has to much customers in it and it does not fit on the screen. In that case we would like to have the names of that category scroll B. If there is no winner in one category, lets say pink, in that case we don’t want the category should display on the screen at all. C. If a category is missing the other categories should spread accordingly in order the screen should look nice and neat . D. The size of the customers and the size of the prize- categories should adjust by themselves in order the display should look nice. (not less then lets say 10pt and larger then 20) The categories should be filed and driven from the DBF file. E. we would also need a HTML file to be generated from the DBF file to send as a email . F. we would need to be able to set the speed of the scoring G. we would like to have more than one screen show this info H. I belive having it as a web page would give us the must leverage because of the thin clients we could use for the display If you have any other ideas feel free to suggest.
