tanning salon website creation

We need to have a website created from SCRATCH, nothing will be provided other then the domain name and possibly a jpeg image for the logo. The site will be for a newly aquired tanning salon. Please only bid on this project if you have built websites FOR TANNING SALON's and can show a link to the website for an example of your work. The site should be clean and professional and will need to be written in html format to run on a windows server using IIS and asp. The site must also render corrctly in browsers such as IE, mozilla, gmail chrome, etc. The index page should include some elements of flash, animation effects that will bring attention to the page. Also, a contact page will need to be made with a form that will subit to an email address. We require a mock up of your idea before any escrow will be deposited, after which we will deposit escrow and make payments based on percentage of completement. Upon completion, all source and files need to be sent over for future editing, updates including any flash .fla or code files.
