Clone of getfreelancer.com in asp.net 3.5 using Ajax/flash/silverlight/jquery

I need a clone of getafreelancer dot com but in asp.net with much more enhance features. I'll choose that bid who will show me design for it and that should be attractive. Features of template: there should be three panel below the banner. in left side there would be a menu. And according to that menu there should be submenu in right panel. and in middle pannel there should be website content. And there should be options for advertisement on both left and right pannel. I need to see design first in image format. further details will be in PM. This project is for serious bidder and who can complete this in 25 days.
