Translation Agency Website building and SEO

Hi all I need a translation company website designed and SEO done. Following are my requirments:- 1-No blackhat SEO please. 2-Design should be elegent, attractive and extremly professional. 3-Require rate calculator, file upload facility. 4-No copyrights violation. 5-I will reserve the copyrights after website is delivered. I want to be able to manage ALL parts of the site from the admin area. Home Page, Customer Management, Orders and Email Notifications. I probably haven’t thought of everything so please supply me with a link to view the design process so any small adjustments can be made as we go. I am a friendly person and I expect the designer to be the same, have a good attitude, good English and be ready to work on this project straight away. Compitative bids will be appreciated.
