ODX viewer / authoring tool requirement document

ODX is a data structure used in the automotive world for the Vehicle diagnostics information. it is an ISO standard and there are multiple toolsets available in the market to read and author ODX data from other companies like vector and softing. we have a project to build a ODX viewer and authoring toolchain. we need a person who has the experience in using different odx toolchains to come up with a requirement document for our toolchain. The development of the toolchain is in scope of this project. Only candidates who have experience in odx data authoring using various available toolchains may apply.
