Ghostwriter needed for academic book

I'm looking to get a book written of my own practices in the area of social work and family violence. I have developed some original practices based on other authors and I have shared them with many people through my work with great success. I've been published once before in an international journal and I was looking to be published again with other ideas but noticed I have something in the range of 7-10 original practice ideas. Therefore, putting them all in chapters in a book would be the way forward but I need help in the work as my full time job doesn't allow me the time. On some topics I have written the chapter but needs some improving. Other chapters are half-written and others aren't written at all. I have a particular theme for the book and would need help in running a common thread through the text. This book would be seen as practice-based evidence, but referenced from theorists and evidence-based practice. I think word count will be roughly 30,000+. I'm thinking 3000 words per chapter and 10 chapters. I still need to decide on how this will be written in the first person voice as much of this work is my practice. Another thing to mention is that I want to produce a book and present it to a publishing company first. Otherwise I will self-publish. Would you be able to provide a sample of your writing? Would be able to tell me if this type of book is something you can help me with? My main reference comes from Alan Jenkins, Becoming Ethical.
