I am looking for State of Texas Licensed engineers or architects to bid on the appropriate plans for a small office building for construction and permitting. A description of the building proposed can be found under the following Project here in Freelancer:
Accounting Firm Floor Plan and 3D Elevation
The architectural, structural engineering and MEP projects for lighting, HVAC, and electrical should be somewhat self explanatory. The civil engineering jobs consist of design of well, septic system and drainage requirements/detention for Montgomery County, Texas.
No bid will be binding until full details of the project have been discussed and analyzed, so any bid amount can get the ball rolling.
I will provide more detail to any respondents to help determine the scope of the project.
