I'm searching for an architecture draftsman, a professional draftsman who can translate from PDF or hand sketched drawing of home renovation / additions into blueprints or detailed engineering drawings for the purpose of pulling construction permits. Please use an open source drafting tool like Sweet Home 3D.. etc. Please also include an estimated time to completion. If the project is completed satisfactorily then there will be supplemental work.
