A 550sqm piece of farm land, would like to have a smart design that allows me to have privacy, security, unique design (preferably U shape villa design). The villa is going to be build by stones, and a swimming pool is required. 3 floors villa , Basement, first floor, and the roof. around 5 rooms plus maid rood are required, The villa should only use 250 sqm of the land only , the rest will be used for terraces , garden and guests small chalet next to the pool. a secure rescue exit or a hidden shelter is highly required. smart solutions for water and electricity is required big windows and attractive landscape as the family house and its swimming pool are close to the location of the villa , a very smart solution for privacy is highly required.
