I'm best suited for this project because of my previous experience. I worked with one of the cost consultants based in NSW that deals with the production of BOQ that is usually used by the banks and contractor. Our project ranges from the houses to building units. The first thing that we do is to get the GFA to come up with our initial cost and after that we produce a detailed BOQ based on the plans and necessary documents provided such as the DA, Geotech report, etc. As for the estimating software, I have used Cubit and Bluebeam Revu.
