B) About the Commission offered by Modabeats We offer an attractive % commission applied on the invoice's net value issued by our factory. This commission can be paid either by Paypal or directly to your bank account. In case we agree to transfer your commission to your bank account, each party assumes the transference commission charged by their own bank. C) About the relation between Modabeats and the Commission-Only Agent We will sign a contract with the aim of strengthening our relationship and developing business in a clear and orderly manner in the long term. D) About the Access to Modabeat's Digital Tools We will provide you with access to our Order Management System, in order to give you all the digital tools you will need to generate and update the Purchase Order on behalf of the buyer. You will also be able to communicate with our factory staff and the buyer through our Order Management System, as well as address any claim that has arisen from any purchase order.
