Fix FFTW3 Compile Errors

We have been working with the project osmo-trx successfully for a couple of years. We want to try newer osmo-trx code. The new osmo-trx code includes calls to fftw3 libraries, particularly floating point. The old osmo-trx code didn't need fftw3. The standard. older fftw3 packages are installed on our system (used with different code than osmo-trx). These older fftw3 installed versions from Ubuntu package manager about 6 years ago (we have to use Ubuntu 10.04). So, we also compiled fftw3 from source, using the most current version of fftw3. But, the new version of osmo-trx is still not building. So, I need assistance fixing the above and will provide a remote login.
