I am an experienced developer, but I know very little about USB and I don't have time to learn on this project. I need an example code written in C for the TM4C123GXL launchpad that enumerates as a USB MIDI class device and can send MIDI 1.0 event packets for "note on", "note off", and control change messages to a host computer. Do not use any blocking functions. I need this done quickly and correctly.
