C program to compute a customers order and add receipts

Hello, I am new to programming and I am in search of someone who can write a simple C code in CodeBlocks for me. The program I would like is a point of sale system for a burger joint (register). There are a few guidelines I would like to ask be followed. a) I would like this software to be developed for Windows using C code ONLY**** not C++ b) I would like the program to be written using simple programming style; switch/case's, if/else statements; while loops, and easy to understand. Of course, I understand that certain things may not be possible and hopefully we can talk and find something that works. I trust your input. c) Could you make comments along the way that explain what each part of the code is doing/contributing. I want to study the code and learn about how things work. * The user of this program is an employee taking an order from a customer* 1) Create a C program that will compute the total bill for a fast food restaurant. EACH product has three sizes – small, medium, and large. *I will have a list of menu items and their prices at the end* 2) Upon initial initialization of the program, the current tax rate needs to be asked and entered by the user and then used in the calculations for the rest of the day. 3) The program is to continue to run and take multiple orders until the user decides to end the day. At that time, the total sales for the day (all the receipts) is displayed as well as the total tax that needs to be sent to the state. 4) Use structured programming techniques for program development. 5) Develop C code using Code::Blocks 7) Display a menu of the items, which can be ordered by selecting something from the menu 8) Each time a new item is added to the customer’s order, the current total cost is displayed, including tax, if any. 9) The menu is displayed each time the user is ready to add a new item 10) When the customer doesn’t want to order any more items, the user enters an item indicating the customer is done ( that one order will be complete and it will display the total of that single bill, including the tax. It will then allow for a new order to be taken. The program should continue in this loop until the user decides to end the day, at which time the total sales of all the receipts for the day and the total tax, will be displayed on the screen to the user. ) 11) A summary of the order is presented to the user, including the total cost for this order; the cost must be presented in dollars and cents (USD) Please and thank you!
