Hi, If I understand correctly there would be 3 parts of this project. 1) Migrating the SDR-J to the Raspberry and be sure everything is working well. 2) Making some scripts to easily send command to rtl_sdr/sdr-j 3) A web interface contacting #2 which contact #1. I design ARM projects for a living, and use to this kind of project. I've done a project not long ago similar but was using the PI and RTL_SDR to read AIS (Marine signal) and display on a chart. DAB is a bit different, but overall seems something fun and I could do. Will be happy to talk more about it. Wishing you a great day.
