Dear C# experts, I need C# code that will detect the highly similar (duplicate) image from a bunch of images. The number of images to be compared will be in order of 3000 to 5000. Following are also considered as similar image. 1) image 1~5% cropped compared to the original 2) image 1~5 degree rotated compared to the original 3) image resized compared to the original 4) image changed to grey-scale compared to the original Happy Bidding.

We will make the app visual studio but we must know what really exactly do in this app. How we compare the pictures size mb etc or you want similar face like someone who add his photo we have 5000 pictures and whic one is the similar in uploaded face How many days do you have for the job? Which platdorm do you use? Web,Pc application etc, How many person will use this? Where the project database keep that pictures? do we host the app? Do you have design for the job?
