2D/3D CADD from scanned document

I need someone to make a 2D or 3D CAD from 5 pages of documents I have. The design is for a Compressed Earth Block that will be open source after the initial tests are done. This job is funded by our company as part of our donation program for promoting environmentally friendly technology for developing countries. The files will be sent to those who show they have proper knowledge and ability to the job quickly and professionally. The job must be done before June 17.
