Ticketing System: To handle customer support requests through a multi-status ticketing system accessible by both clients and support staff. Payment Integration: To process subscriptions and payments seamlessly integrating with payment gateways like Asaas. Sales and Commission Tracking: To support sales operations with proposal generation, approval workflows, and commission calculations based on predefined rules. Key Features: Client Dashboard: Access for clients to view and manage their service plans, subscription details, open support tickets, and make payments. Admin Panel: Tools for admins to manage client information, ticket statuses, system settings, and view analytics on client profitability. Sales Portal: Features for sales personnel to create, send for approval, and manage commercial proposals including commission tracking. Multi-Status Ticketing System: Different statuses for tickets such as open, under review, pending, and completed. Notification System: Automated email notifications for client activities like ticket updates and billing. Payment System Integration: Integration with payment services such as Asaas for handling transactions and financial records. Client Acquisition Tracking: Ability to track how clients are acquired, whether through direct sources or white-label resellers and the performance of various marketing channels (e.g., Google, Instagram). Technologies: Backend: Python with Django or Node.js with Express for API development, or a low-code/no-code solution like Bubble.
