Hand drawn cartoon

I would need a talented illustrator to hand draw a cartoon from stories that we have already written. I have attached a drawing of something similar to what we expect. We have also attached a picture of what the main character would look like. If you have time to draw a quick sketch based on this picture, it would give us a better idea of your talents and aptitudes to get the job done. Main characters are North American. The winning bidder will get to draw the first one-page cartoons that we expect to publish. Of course, many more could come if all goes successfully. The first cartoons would only be sketches, no color, that are scanned and sent in gif, jpg or png format.
