Access Control Security Expert / Consultant Needed

Are you an expert in access control installation and setup? Have you got experience installing ZKTeco access control equipment? I require a 30 minute consultation with a security installer / access control expert to troubleshoot an issue I'm having with an access control system on a property I own. My installer is experiencing an issue when changing pin code digit length from 4 to 8 through the access controller web software: - 4 digit pins are working and being recognized correctly. - When the digit length is increased to be more than 4 (i.e. 8), when the codes are being inputted on the keypads they are not being recognised correctly by the access controller.
