I require your assistance in recovering my Facebook personal account which is linked to my facebook business page and Instagram business account, which was disabled due to a violation of Facebook's community standards ( I am not aware what was the violation) Unfortunately, we were not provided with any specific information regarding the reason for the account's deactivation. Our company's Facebook page is currently visible to the public, but we are unable to access it. We would greatly appreciate your professional assistance in recovering our account as soon as possible. It happened on the 4th of May, and we have written to facebook already requesting them to restore our account on the 5th of May as well as on 8th of May. We suspect account being hacked and some transaction was made from my card on the 6th of May which was 2 days after the account being disabled. Our priority is restoring our Instagram account which is linked to our facebook page.
