I want a simple application to be developed in Mac OS with Objective C & Cocoa Framework. The application should be indepenent with SQL lite database to be run from external hard disk. There are 4-5 screens with 2 tables in the database for data entry. Screens & functionality are given in the attached PDF file. Being a simple and small project, the time list for completion ins 7 days.

Hi, Very Interest. Please see my message. I understood about your project. I think "Burn CD" item is also nothing now like "Play" and "Play Form CD". And then In "New Case" Dialog, Patient info, clinical info and summary are for one people, aren't they? So I think user have to input all 3 Tab information. Please let me know I am right.
