Hi there, I am senior instructional designer with 13 plus years of industry experience. I'm a certified Trainer and Assessor from Australia with a TAA 40104 certification. I’m also a certified NLP Practitioner from Vitality College, UK and a certified Online Course Facilitator from The Arts Institute Online, Pittsburgh, USA. I've also just finished an online course in 'Gamification' from the University of Pennsylvania.
