We require detailed Terms and Conditions drafted for a memory foam mattress. Our product is being imported from China and is being distributed within Australia. Our supplier's warranty is attached. The primary focus should be on wording and content rather than appearance and formatting of the document. Refer to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website ([login to view URL]) for the legal framework within which the document must be based. All key issues and inclusions are address on the linked page so this will form the checklist with which the document will reviewed. There are a number of other mattress companies, both within Australia and worldwide who sell a very similar product to ours and all offer the same 10 Year Limited Warranty. A simple google search can find the wording of their warranties and all contain more or less the same content that we are looking for, if you are interested in the project I can provide some names if necessary. Please note however that the wording MUST meet all ACCC requirements as per the above link.
