Content copy and format removing

An ideal project for a new freelancer to get going. I am rewriting a website for an non-profit charity and want all their old content copying, format stripping, checking for errors, images downloaded and all renamed. Content will then be placed in categorised containers in Dropbox, so a Dropbox account is essential. A couple of hours works top at a guess, full instruction given
