I am looking for a proofreader who can proofread 350-500 word articles. After you proofread the articles, I expect not to see any grammatical errors, spelling mistakes or any kind of errors in construction of sentences. I am basically looking for a Native English speaker as he/she can do the work best. If you think that you have the same capabilitites, send me a PM with an article you have written. I am looking to pay around $2 per 6000 words I hope that's a decent pay for a proofreader. Expecting favorable responses.

Hi. this is too good to pass. $2 for 6000 words and that too with your conditions is outrageous. may be this is a case of slippery fingers and you added and extra 0 in 6000. let me know if that is the case.

I'll proofread for cheap, but not _that_ cheap LOL. The time that it takes to read 6000 words, and having to make repeated small edits over and over and over - that's worth a little bit more than $2, I think. Perhaps $1 for 1000 words... or something around that.

Your calculation of price is incorrect, unless you've posted for just one article to be edited. As you've posted it, it appears to be 175,000 words. Divide that by 6000 words and you get $29.17, not two dollars, in which case your actual cost if you multiply that by 350 articles is $10209.50, a far cry from $30 or even $250.
