Writers needed for Short Movie

I am looking only for Delhi based writers (Dialogue Writer) for a short movie under 20 mins based on psychological thriller. One who is proficient with most of the regional languages , in this case need dialogues in bihari or Haryanvi. Need people who have there own style of writing, can write on mundane things and make it look and sound interesting also can write sarcastic, witty and humorous dialogues.
