Business Plan Help

I am looking for someone to help me write a business plan for a new venture that I started a few months ago.? The Company I am looking to start is an online gift basket service.? My company sells on average $30 gift baskets and does very little marketing.? We average 75-150 orders per month currently.? Our target is all the big holidays and birthdays.? We are looking to expand but need to present a business plan to investors on our roadmap for future success.? In the business plan, I am looking for the following: Executive Summary:? An overview of my entire business, based on the sections below. Company Description: a 2-3 page description of my business, model, and history. Marketing: How I have been marketing and will market in the future Industy:? Information on the market size, growth, trends, etc. Target Market: a discussion of who I will market to, why they make sense as a target, and future target markets to attract. Operational plan:? A discussion of how I have ran the business to date and how I will run the company as it grows. Competitive Analysis:? A look at my competition, the history, the strengths and weaknesses I do not need in this quote, any financial modeling work, just the plan itself.? Also, no management team section.? Of what I have listed, I suspect the plan should be 25-30 pages.? I am not looking for someone to use software (Business Plan Pro) to write my plan or any software. ## Deliverables Document must include charts and graphs as appropriate in a business plan (specifically when describing the target market and industy) The timeline? to get to a draft is? 2 weeks.? ? I or my partner will be available for about 5-10 hours throughout the project to answer questions via phone and e-mail. We expect to see components of the business plan as they are being developed.? We expect to go through a draft, provide comments for revisions and for you to prepare a final draft.
