Building an online on-demand course

I have course content for the 10 sessions in draft form and I am thinking that I will do a short video introduction and then have participants do practices and exercises on their own, and in groups. My idea is they would respond to reflective questions and then share with others. I need someone who knows the different platforms and could select the best platform for mostly interactive sessions with participants where they would get assignments because the course is not going to be live-- it is going to be on demand. The person needs to have much experience designing online, on-demand (not live) courses.
