Custom FTP Uploader

I need a custom FTP uploader for Windows 7 64bit to upload all mp3 recordings from a specific folder in windows to a specific linux server. 1: it will have a login window where i can input my FTP credintials and server IP, while installing the app. 2: it can be a windows service which auto start with windows. 3: it will check a specific folder in windows under a normal user (not admin) C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\R (username will replace windows account username). 4: it will check every 60 seconds for mp3 files. if found any, it will upload it to server. 5: in server it will: check for current year 2020. create it if not created already, then it will go to current month. Create it if not created already. then it will go to current day/date. Create it if not created already. and place all mp3 recordings inside current date. after uploading all mp3 recordings. stop operation. and check every 60 seconds for new recordings. and upload them if there is any. The app should not consume high CPU/RAM. it should be free of any bugs and viruses. will test on [login to view URL] it should be fully tested.
