PSD to HTML / CSS - jQuery - Need It Done Fast!

Hello everyone, Have a project here for you. It is simple 4 pages to code from PSD file into properly valid W3C HTML / CSS markup. This has to be tableless and use the jQuery UI for the tabs. Also, there will be some notes to make things easier like making titles images and buttons images, no need for CSS stuff on those. I could easily do this myself, however I'm overloaded with the amount of work I get each week. Looking for partnership of some sort for very good quality work done, clean code, commented, etc.. Please bid your bids, please provide as much proof of experience in coding, slicing PSD to HTML / CSS as you can. I will be reviewing them this weekend and Monday morning to begin.
