Need front end developer html5, css,API.

Hello, I have 2 projects where I need somebody on the front end while I work on the backend. The pages where created in Bootstrap, but I don't care what tool you use. I need somebody that can create Simple and short Forms and can display the data when requested. This is a Portal like Ring Central, Net2Phone, etc, So customers can see the status of their acct, see phone call records, add phone features. I will create all the API you need for each task so your html code needs to show phone call records you will call the phone records API and I reply with JSON for you to display on the screen. Your job is feel and look based on my current html code and call APIs I create so you can post data to my API server or show data my API server sends you. I calculate 10 weeks. You and I will plan weekly milestones and get paid weekly, everybody is happy, no stress. I have been writing software since 1987 so I know how to plan a week of work and no stress for you or me. After the 10 weeks, we just maintain the system and add features here and there. The second project we will reuse all that code and create another web site and modify it for another type of service. It is not phone service. In both cases, there is a salary for supporting the site. Two separate budgets. The second project is larger with a larger budget. The budget specifies in this project, is only for this project. Thank you,
