Find contact info for music venues and music promoters in Europe

I need someone who can use the internet (or other resources) to provide me with an extensive list of venues & promoters in the UK & Europe who promote the following styles of music; Hip Hop, Dubstep, Reggae & Drum and Bass in venues between 200 - 2000 capacity (size) I require for the venues: 1. venue or club name, 2. address (city & country) 3. capacity (venue size) 4. contact name, email address, website (telephone number). I require for promoters: 1. promoter name, email address, website (telephone number). 2. City / country they promote events in. 3. Last 2 shows they promoted I require all the information gathered to be put into an excel spreadsheet and divided into lists by countries. I am looking for venue/ promoter contacts in; UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Jersey & Channel Islands), France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Greece, . PLUS Eastern Europe - Poland, Bulgaria, Russia, etc. to start with but will require a more extensive list that includes the rest of the world and will give that work to the successful bidder once the first project has been completed. In order to qualify for the job you will need to provide me with 2 x contacts from the list above so I can see that you understand what is required. I expect the data to be up to date in 2011 so will make sure the 2 contacts sent are contactable through the data you provide before I offer you the job.
