Virtual Assistant in Poland needed !!!

I need a VA in POLAND to help me buy prepaid phone cards. I need physical cards bought in the streets and shops, not internet bought pins please. Prepaid phone cards are the kind of cards used by imigrants and foreigners to make international calls (by calling an access number, entering a pin, and finally dialing an international phone number). I need to buy a total of 250 USD in cards, or its equivalent in local currency. Cards must be of 5 USD each or its closest equivalent in local currency, up to a total of 250 USD. Cards must have at least 1 (one) local access numbers. Cards that only have free-access numbers like 1800 or 1900, 1xx, etc, don't work for me. I need the card info to be registered in an Excel sheet (NAME, VALUE, PIN, 1-3 ACCESS NUMBERS) or they can also be scanned. Once the purchase is complete, you must save the cards with you because I will ask you to send them to me later.
